Junior Software Engineer

Easy Insurtech is looking for a Junior Software Engineer to help build real production features across our multi-tenant insurance technology platform for brokers, UMAs and insurers. This is not an internship. You will contribute production code across our admin portal, insurance portals, AI-enabled workflows, documents, claims and communication systems, with review and guidance from more experienced engineers. The role is suited to an early-career engineer who has already built software, understands core web-development concepts, and wants substantial hands-on exposure on a modern TypeScript stack.

Familiarity with JavaScript or TypeScript, and with React, Next.js or a comparable modern web framework. Basic understanding of APIs, relational databases and Git. Ability to reason through technical problems, learn unfamiliar tools independently, and take feedback well. A formal computer science degree is helpful but not required. Demonstrated engineering ability matters. Prior insurance knowledge is not required. Experience with Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Tailwind or AI-enabled software would strengthen an application.
