Operations Manager

Easy Insurtech is looking for an Operations Manager to help run the day-to-day operational rhythm of the company. This role sits at the centre of clients, internal teams, onboarding, projects, follow-ups, documentation and business administration. You will help turn priorities into organised execution, keep stakeholders informed, and support a high-quality experience for brokers, UMAs, insurers and partners. This is a business operations and coordination role, not a software engineering, underwriting, claims or personal-assistant position. You do not need to write code, but you should become comfortable with the product and how clients use it.

Strong organisational ability, written and verbal communication, and consistent follow-through across multiple priorities. Confidence working with internal and external stakeholders, accurate record-keeping, and comfort using modern cloud-based business software. Ability to work independently, learn new systems quickly, and escalate risks early. Prior experience in operations, project coordination, customer success, implementation, insurance administration or a technology company would strengthen an application. Insurance experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
