Senior Software Engineer

Easy Insurtech is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help build and scale our multi-tenant insurance technology platform for brokers, UMAs and insurers. The role involves working across our admin portal, insurance portals, AI agent infrastructure, document workflows, CRM, policy, claims, billing and automation systems. You will help design, build and improve production features using modern web technologies, with a strong focus on clean architecture, security, reliability and user experience. You will work closely with the founder/product team to turn insurance workflows into practical software that can be used by real insurance businesses.

Strong experience with Next.js, React, TypeScript and modern web application development. Experience with Supabase, PostgreSQL, authentication, RLS, APIs, file storage and multi-tenant SaaS architecture. Comfortable building admin dashboards, forms, workflow systems, role-based permissions and secure backend logic. Good understanding of clean code, Git, deployment, debugging and production support. Experience with insurance, fintech, AI agents, WhatsApp/SMS/email integrations, billing systems or document automation would be advantageous. Must be able to work independently, communicate clearly, and take ownership of features from planning to deployment.
